A new community dock on the southern end of the property is in the permitting stages. Our on site office should be open by next weekend.

Our clubhouse construction has started along with sidewalks being completed. We continue our efforts to bring The Oaks at Boca Bay on Topsail Island closer to a “green” community including our interview process with potential builders.

Our sales office should be ready to open by mid May and we will also have our homesite pricing complete. Floor plans are being finalized and will be available on the website soon.
